Nope. Releases on WikiLeaks without redactions make this quite unlikely, impossible, I'd say. WikiLeaks apparently pulled the trigger, and there is no way to return to 'normal service'. This is simply over, forever. And presumably for clones and wannabes: game over.
I guess we will return to pre-WikiLeak-ean whistleblowing: just leaking things to newspapers. Isn't this an established way, anyway? (Yeah, media decide what goes in (that's a little downer!); with WikiLeaks everything got out.)
Personally, I just took some little peeks at reviews about our ridiculous government. There wasn't anything new to learn, just confirming my personal evaluations (with vocabularies I've always looked for).
