A young woman at 4th floor, who'd had all windows open all the time, moved out. She occasionally had been on the phone leaning out of the window such that anyone could 'enjoy' her talking (and whining).
At 2nd floor, there had been a very quiet guy. There isn't much to tell about him, except that his windows had been shut almost all time. He moved out, too.
Recently, a couple has moved in at 2nd floor, who apparently like fresh air as their windows are fully open all day long.
Likewise, in that sense, someone move in at 4th floor, who almost never has his/her windows open.
In a way, attitudes (and certain behavioral patterns) kind of swapped:
